I don't know how many people have read about this. However, in what comes as the second situation lately involving them and user privacy in just the past few weeks (previously, it was an announcement they were planning on using user comments and posts, etc. in publicity and possibly selling that to third-parties--it's already legal (as per the user agreement) for them to use or even sell any photos or other media posted to their site, as once it's on there, it legally becomes their property) and given the nature of it, I thought to post about it to make people aware of it. Another reason I've chosen to post this, (beyond trying to make people aware of this upcoming, proposed move) is partly as a reminder of being careful about end-user agreements, in general. It's often been proven that many people don't take the time to read them, don't care, ignore them, or just agree to them to get past that screen to register and either remain unaware of what they actually contain and just agreed to or ignore a common clause that allows companies to change the terms whenever they see fit--many companies are actually well-aware of this and have been for years now.
