Very short post as I'm tired; found this lil' weaving loom/frame from when I was a kid and used it to make a BJD sized rug! Thought it turned out quite cute. Pic: And pic with doll so you can see how big it is: Am considering commissioning them to other bjd-owners. Will be more articulate in the morning..XD 26/9: made a new one! It's narrower than the first but as long. Thought it turned out quite cute ^^

Thank you! It became much smaller in comparism to the doll that I thought, but on the other hands both dolls and rugs come in all sortsa sizes so that's okay. hehe.

Thanks, Kiri. I certainly will! That just happened to be the yarn I had lying nearest at hand. I'm sorta hoping I'll be able to take commissions from other doll-orders but am a bit bummed cos noone at the bjd-forums I'm a member of have said anything about them yet. Oh well...all in good time I suppose plus you can't expect other people to find the same stuff as you do cute.

It seems to me that as long as you find it cute, and can use it - then that's what's important Kiri

That's cute! Reminds me I used to make those little rugs when I was little, and I have even kept some.

That's adorable. Reminds me of the little rugs and afghans my mom used to knit for my Barbie dolls when I was little.

Yeah, I think I used to have little rugs me or my mom made for my Barbies too. And for my dollhouse.

That looks really cute. I think I used to have one of those looms as a kid, but I never got the hang of using it.
