Since the beginning we have had the thinking cap. Use it to make your sims learn faster when they are in gold or platinum. With Seasons we gained the veggie juice, drink some and sims gain skills faster, add the thinking cap and together they make learning fast. We also have the fall season with Seasons, during which sims learn everything faster. If your sims get the education career reward they can learn even faster. Put them all together and they learn super fast I had Pauline Aspir drink veggie juice, put on a thinking cap and grab a body skill book from the career reward object during the fall season and she gained 10 body skills in 4 hours and 3 minutes! I thought the new aspiration benefit from Free Time, the Eureka Moments, would speed it up so I tried the test again. I had Pauline reset her benefits so have Eureka Moment. She drank the veggie juice put on the thinking cap and grab a book from the career reward bookcase during the fall season and she gained 10 logic skill in 3 hours and 44 minutes! She didn't have any Eureka Moments during this time but who needs them with that rate of skilling?

That's great! I always forget to use the things like thinking cap, I'm not sure why. Maybe because I have too many hacks???

What about the souvenir shelf that we got with Bon Voyage? If you put five Far East souvenirs on it, skilling will become even faster (which IMO is getting pretty creepy already). Man, sim life really is easy 8')) I'm going to try this right when I get to my laptop to play again.

What do you need from the Far East to put onto the shelf to make skilling faster? On another, related note, does anyone have the ingredients for the veggie juice?

Thanks! There are so many recipes to try and keep track of that it makes it difficult to remember them all! I really wish that they had implemented things like the recipe book from MM in this respect as it would make life, much, much easier versus having to constantly look over at a piece of paper or alt-tab to look it up everytime you send your simmies off to plant something to make juice or when you actually decide to make some type of juice.
