The Petersons, remember them? I just saved all my old posts that were in the old forum, but I really don't know what to do now, since I can't very well link to them from the old forum. So... What should I do? If there were people still interested on hearing about them, I was thinking about setting up a small webpage or livejournal in which to archive and post new chapters. Do you have any suggestions? Because I don't think it would be appropiate to repost all eight chapters here. Thanks in advance.

That sounds like a good plan Jessica. You could just repost them all in the new forum so that everyone who hasn't read them can.

Well, you know I still have an interest in reading more about them! As for what to do with the older posts those, I'm not sure. I use little webpage, as you know, and that doesn't take too much effort. I think whatever you choose will be fine though.

I'm glad that you all want to read about them. I tried posting the updates in LJ, but the image tags from Photobucket don't work, and I don't want to go through all the updates deleting tags and re-inserting the images, so unless someone knows how to make it work, I'll have to look for an alternative...

You know a really simple way if you're just having to update the way that a tag is formatted is to pull it into notepad (or wordpad or Word or Writer, just any text editor that has a "replace" capability and then just type what you want to change into what you're changing it to. Say if I were going to convert all of pictures of Jenni from my shoot into posts for the forum I'd pull it up in notepad, hit ctrl+h (shortcut for the replace feature) type '<img src=" ' into the 'find what' box and ' ' into the 'replace with box' and hit replace all. Then, the end tag '>' would be replaced with [/img] same way. I hope that makes sense... It's a lot easier than manually replacing all of the tags. Oh, I would love to read your legacy stories again, however you'd like to put them up. ~Steph

Thank you girls. I'm really flattered that you are really interested on reading my stories. That's a great tip, Steph! I don't know why I didn't think of that! Thank you! I'll try that later.

Thanks for that tip Steph! I've always just copied and pasted when I changed my Legacy site before. That's SO much faster.

You're all very welcome, even if half my example text got eaten, I'm surprised y'all understood it. I actually figured it out while doing css, quite often I have numbers that repeat (same color for fonts, links, etc.) and I got really tired of missing an instance when replacing it. Now it's gotten to be any text I need to replace repetatively. Hey, where there's a will to be lazy, someone will find a way to be lazy! ~Steph
