Most people here I don't believe would fall for something like what I'm about to post, but enough people out there apparently have that it's become newsworthy, at least. It seems that some people out there, to further spread malware to the world have opted to make use of fliers and post them on people's windshields containing website links (some of which, in addition to introducing trojans and other nasty surprises are including unwanted and sometimes difficult to remove toolbars along with them), which some people out there have been entering into their browsers. Along this same vein, some of these people (the ones wishing to pass along the malware) are taking things a step even further by creating fake parking tickets or information on how to supposedly go about fighting an alleged parking ticket which then spread the malware in a similar method. Unfortunately, most of what is being passed along is of the variety that most anti-viral and security software either can't or else doesn't detect.

Going so far as to make fake parking tickets? Jeez. I thought the comments on that article were kind of interesting, mentioning "physical dimension" part of the attack.
