Okay, I've a wee annoyance with my computer at the moment. Basically sometimes when I try to load a webpage rather than to actually load the webpage it gives me a dialog window that asks if I want to save or open the file (for example the file downloads.php when I try to load MTS2, grr). Anyone know what could cause this?

It sounds like it could be an issue with the browser, itself, where (for some reason) it is failing to recognize certain page extensions (including PHP) and therefore isn't "seeing" them as actual webpages, but just as files to potentially download instead and is treating it as such.
However, without knowing which browser is involved, it's hard to say how to resolve it.

I'm using the latest Mozilla Firefox browser, just updated it yesterday I think. Dunno if it's done it since the update. Wierd thing is even when it does it, it's only temporary. I'll go back to the same page a bit later and it'll load it just fine.

Sorry for not having gotten back to you sooner, but my connection has been behaving badly during much of the weekend.
If it continues doing this following that update, let me know. I have not heard of this particular issue affecting Firefox quite so much as other browsers, but if this continues to be an issue post-update, I can look into what may be going on with it.
On a related note, when you say that the pages are loading for you fine afterwards, is it during the same browser "session" (ie not having exited out of FF) and/or sometimes after clearing out the cache/cookies/history or is it just sometime later?
Another possibility of what may be going on, may have to do with the amount of traffic the site may be getting during those particular moments of where this has been happening and how that translates into the browsers request/reception/interpretation in attempting to load those pages.
