Drum roll someone please! 
For the third attempt at this, and I dont want to post separate threads with each section, so it is completed here.
I think we all know how the house is supposed to look according to Kiri's challenge instructions. (And I didnt cheat Kiri! I have all the instructions written down from Ms Poppet's days!
)
We have a gorgeous sim, Tinus Fowlds and his Constructo-House is complete....
