Hubby bought me a beaufitul book full of typical South African house plans. So I am busy building some of them. I hope you dont mind if I share some of them with you...if you want them of course!

Home on a 40 x 40 lot.
A three bed roomed double storey home with double garage.
Open plan dining, living and kitchen. The living room leads onto a covered patio area.
Open plan kitchen has a stove, fridge and breakfast nook.
A separate laundry off the kitchen with a basin, dishwasher and trash compactor. Also an outside door to a barbecue area which also leads into the double garage.
A guest toilet and double stairs to the first floor.
The main bedroom has access to a balcony, and comprises 2 en-suite bathrooms.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have built-in wardrobes and full bathroom.
It only has one custom content file. And it is permitted to share in files.
I have: Sims2 base game, and the following ex-packs:
NL, OFB, Pets, University, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time and Apartment Life.
Stuff packs: Glamour Life, Celebration, H&M Stuff pack, Kitchen & Bath, Teen Style, and Happy Holiday Stuff packs.
