Contemporary living - Apartments. Lot size : 50 x 40 3 free standing apartments. Cute and compact, two bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom. Entrance into the premises leads into a secluded private outside entertainment area, which also has a private spa bath. Each apartment has a single garage, with a door leading into the private area outside. Living and kitchen areas on first floor, with two bedrooms and a bathroom that are upstairs. The main bedroom has a sliding door onto a covered patio.                 Custom content included with permission from CTNutmegger. I have: Sims2 base game, and the following ex-packs: NL, OFB, Pets, University, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time and Apartment Life. Okay, for some reason the file won't work for me. It downloads fine but I get an error message when extracting it... I've cleared by temporary files and tried again, but no luck.  |

 Emma and Jenni, I am not sure why you are not able to extract the files. I have just gone and downloaded it myself, and installed it via Clean Install and again the usual way through Sims2Pack, and it installs successfully both times. I will put a second link to the Sims2Pack file. It is not zipped and is 1800 kb.  I hope this works. If not, please let me know. Felicity |

Thanks Felicity, it worked now! Of course silly as I am I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to use it since I don't have all the stuff packs...But I'll put it somewhere and then install it when/if I get them.

Thank you, Felicity. Your houses are amazing. Do you think that maybe (when you have the time and if you want to) you could build a smaller apartment building for sims who don't have a lot of money? I play with no20khandout installer, and some of my future tenants are really having a hard time.  Just an idea. Thanks again. |
