Mmmm, cake!





Valentines cakes- Both chocolate, the bottom one is a reduced sugar cake with a mixed berry sugar free jam. (My mom is diabetic).



Chocolate cake with fondant. I was practicing.





Cupcakes for church. Homemade buttercream. Mmmmmm.











Easter cakes! Chocolate and yellow cakes in fondant.



A birthday cake for a friend. He likes to hunt. This technique is called a frozen buttercream transfer.



My mom's Mother's Day cake. Reduced sugar chocolate, with a sugar-free buttercream. Adam helped me with this one, he picked all the colors (he's fond of red) , and chose the decorating tips I was to use with each color.



My Mother's Day cake- I baked it, and made the frosting, Joey decorated it.

I love baking, have been since I was 8. I'm now attempting to make roses out of frosting.

Wow! I agree with Jessica, they're almost too beautiful to be eaten!
In France, we don't use colors like this to bake, so your cakes look artistic sculptures to me!
