This news comes directly from Google's blog postings by a member of their Webtools team and anti-malware/anti-malvertising team. Basically, the company has decided in an attempt to better help webmasters out there involving security problems/dealing with malicious coding (as well as to better protect their sites) as well as in an attempt to protect users out there from such things, they will be sending site webmasters information pertaining to problems found on their sites (such as vulnerabilities or malicious coding-related issues/malware) and possibly ways of dealing with them. They are also including in the next update to their Webmaster Tools a couple of new items. One of them will be called "Fetch as Googlebot" and can be used to show the website designer how the page may appear to Google's "crawler"--and potentially display any malicious coding to webmasters which may be hidden or "cloaked" on sites.
