Okay, so I had a thought. Does anyone but me ever find themselves playing their game or downloading stuff or somesuch, and wanting to exclaim something randomly about it to someone who will actually know what you're talking about (Y'know, like "Oh my god, this CC creator is gonna kill my Downloads folder <3" or "Aaah, not twins again!")? Well, I do anyways, but usually I feel sorta odd starting up a new thread just for basically one sentence that won't lead to any type of discussion or anything but just maybe a couple of people saying "I know the feeling". Then I thought about the Swedish BJD forum I hang at. In it, there's a so called "On Topic Randomness thread" where you can write whatever you feel like so long as it's On Topic (that being connected to dolls, or over here connected to sims). So I thought maybe it'd be cool if we had a randomness thread for any random exclamations or comments we might want to share but don't have enough to say about to make a full thread (kinda like the random pictures thread but without pictures, heh). Of course, Kiri, if you don't think this is a good idea you can remove it.^^
My randomness; I'm absolutely in love with the toddler cheeta I made last night for my furry hood. <3 Adorable!

Great idea. I'm incredibly happy because I got my first natural, unhacked, not using the FT perk alien abduction yesterday, yet I'm peeved because the man was almost an elder and I didn't get an alien baby. Oh well, his son shall use the FT perk once he becomes an adult.

Congrats Jessica! Although bummer about not getting an alien baby. I almost can't wait until my alien baby (well, not so much baby anymore) graduates so that he can get a little alien-sim baby with his girlfriend

I've never had an alien abduction or baby. But then again I've never tried.

Brandi is having her 10th child in my game, I've already quit without saving twice because I want it to be a girl... Here's hoping third time's the charm!

Works for me!
I just played Don, and wanted to quit to neighbourhood - but instead I quitted out of game WITHOUT saving!!! AAAAAAARGH
Thankfully - he had gone downtown to get new clothes - so not all was lost. I dread to go back in and see how much he lost though

That happened to me as well, Kiri. The game froze up and I had just saved WAAAAY ago. But, when I loaded it up again I got the abduction, so it was for the best after all. So maybe something interesting will happen to Don when you play his house again!

You all are making me want to get some more aliens into my game! I haven't had any since Luz, Diana, and Luna. Roland and Jonah just became teens, and I am just dying over their cuteness.

"The application has crashed. The application will now terminate." At least this time I'd saved after decorating the house, unlike when the same house crashed yesterday

^^ugh, that is so annoying. Although my game usually does that when it's loading, so at least I don't have to worry about losing stuff. I just got Phoebe and Mark Hart moved into their own house. Baby time

Second crash this morning. This time it crashed while I was saving. Gonna be interesting to see whether it really saved or not... Oh well, at least if it didn't save my sim won't have forgotten to call the dang nanny before work XD

I accidentally forgot to pause the game while I was playing with Benoit & Natache Pleasant (kids of Kaylynn and Daniel), who are both students at Uni and live in a small house together, and when I came back, I saw with horror they were both dead! The house was empty, and of course, as no one survived I can't say what happened. Of course, I did NOT save, those both are some of my very favorite Sims, but I'm a bit disappointed that two young adults are stupid enough to die by starvation (I suppose it's what happened, as there was no fire in the house...) because they forgot to fill the fridge... I don't think we can talk about artificial intelligence here...

PS: I can't wait for seeing the twins as teens, Whitney! They were adorable as kids.

Well, I am still busy with Brandi's 10 children! Don is not happy with Cassandra, and intends moving out! He is having an affair with Kaylynn, although he isnt the only one! I am still deciding how I am going to work with him for the challenge!! I am trying the "Fristborn Syndrome" thingy Jess spoke about, and hoping that it works for Brandi! Of course, hubby was working with the welding machine on Saturday and the lights tripped......and so did my PC, and I didnt have time to save the game before hand! Felicity

I had Cassandra Goth out to get some new clothes at the 'Corner Groceries' (now with extra groceries). Her fiance Don Lothario... the Don Lothario who has been working on getting his 5 woohoos out, actually turned up on the lot and flirted with Nina Caliente - all autonomously! Needless to say - Cassandra ditched Don, and is currently pregnant with Darren Dreamer's child. But here's the strange thing. Although she is pregnant by him, AND has a relationship of 100/100 she does NOT even have a crush with him! They're just good friends. Now there's a strange thing for you - 'You want to get pregnant? Sure - that's what best friends are for!' So Cassandra has moved in next door to Kaylynn - our other single mother in the apartment block that is fast becoming known as Single mothers R' Us! Kiri

That's too funny, Kiri. My game is loading up right now. I'm in the process of decoration Don's house. I kind of wish I had just started over with Pleasantview, instead of just downloading the houses one at a time and dropping them in Legacy Valley. Oh well.

I'm busy moving a lot of sims into apartments. Young couples recently graduated mostly. Any ideas for what to do with them apart from the usual "get married, have children" routine?
