O would like to do some blinkies for my signature, but I do not have an animation program since it didn't come with my copy of PSPX. Does anyone now of a good free one?

I was JUST thinking the same thing yesterday! I lent my copy of psp7 w/animation studio to a friend, I need to get it back, I'm willing to reinstall so I can get it back. But I didnt see anything yesterday, so I hope someone has something!

I was going to suggest Gimp too, but saw that Fia already did that. Some people says that Gimp is the easiest programme of all three of them. PSP, PS, and of course Gimp.

If you understand the basics of PSP or PS, you shouldn't have any problems with GIMP and I know the development team behind it has really done a considerable amount of work in trying to make things easier for users in terms of the interface alone. In Windows it differs somewhat in that respect than it does with Linux (the native development platform for it).
For the Windows version, you'll need to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page where it says "Windows" and then select "installer" to get to the page to download it. The Downloads section of the site when you get into the main page of the site is for the Linux version (most of the references are for a few of the major Linux distros that are out there, with the sourcecode downloads further down for anyone who wishes to try and build it themselves and is using Linux).
