O'Day Family--Housewarming Challenge

This was my second (and last ) attempt at the challenge. The first time I did the challenge they had like four friends, were in terrible moods the whole time, and I didn't even bother to have the party. Just plain bad.

Meet Euan and Susan O'Day:



And this is their house:



Euan is a fortune Sim who makes me every time I look at him, and Susan is a popularity Sim who is very eager to start making new friends.



I was feeling lazy so I decided to use Nocturnal Imagination Receivers (or whatever their called) to get money, so I didn't have to get them jobs.



Well, I didn't see any rules against it...

So party time:



Dancing men (and a woman)!



I gave out the ten gifts:



As you can see in the first picture in that block, not everyone was thrilled about actually recieving their gifts.

So in the end, the party didn't make it past "Not Bad" status. Keeping ten guests happily socialized while you have to pass out ten gifts and prevent the host Sims from starving or being bored to death is hard! And nothing scandalous happened. So yeah. FAIL.

Oh well. Bring out the dancing men again!

Well, you are another brave one trying this challenge. It certainly looks like a difficult thing to achieve.

I love the houses in Veronaville. I made sure to put them all in the house bin before deleting the neighborhood because I couldn't stand to lose them.

Did you delete Veronaville...???? I didnt know that one could delete the maxis hoods.

My main family is in Veronaville, but I've moved out all the maxis sims (except the Summerdreams, they are nice neighbors), and made the Monty part of the hood like the rest.

Did you delete Veronaville...?

Yup. I don't remember whether I went into the files and deleted it or if I just did it in game, but it's gone. There were too many yucky Maxis faces that I couldn't be bothered to fix.

As long as you have more than one neighborhood you can delete any neighborhood. I delete Strangetown and Veronaville.
