In case you're wondering where my constructo-challenge house is - I'm intending on making mine at least one step behind everyone else's so that you can't use my constructo-house as a cheat for working out how to lay the place out! So yeah - that means - this weekend you'll get to see my challenge a. Kiri

So this means you can actually fail in doing the lay out? I'm doing B right now, and you made me nervous! Can't wait to see your entrance though!

There's no fail on this - but it is a little bit like a jigsaw puzzle, so how you lay out pieces now, depends on what your floor plan is going to look like later!
Everything will fit no matter where you put things - but once your walls are in - you don't get to move them.
You see - this way we get different shaped hosues!

Ok, I don't get this... I'm confused - how is the hallway supposed to look? If you compare Whitney's T-hallway (9 squares long) with Kirsten's T-hallway (7 squares long), they're not the same length? Which shape is right?

Of course Felicity - you can use any sort of stair case you like - spiral, straight, even a ladder if you like!

A ladder certainly would have been cheaper...

Kiri Thanks Kiri, I actually thought so, but I decided against it, because my house belongs to an elderly lady, the spiral staircase wouldnt suit the decor and I definitely cannot see her climbing a ladder!
