Dont ask me why or where I got the name SandPiper, it just popped up in my head. So please feel free to change it! This lot is 40 x 40 and it has only 3 free standing apartments. Very basic styling and would suit a single sim, or perhaps a family of three sims.             SandPiper ApartmentsImportant Information:I have ALL Expacks. I have been playing with a couple of your apartment lots and I LOVE them! They are all so amazingly built and playable. I am amazed at your level of detail. So I am super excited to get these in game and try 'em out!
ETA: And I have been hoping for apartments that catered to pets, I was even thinking of "requesting" them ;)

I like the name, "Sandpiper" it's really fitting I think for these types of apartments. They look like the kind of homes that you would see if you visit Cape Cod here in MA. Very simple, yet elegant. And even though I have the Pets expansion pack, I don't normally install it, but I have been thinking about it. So I might decide to give those sims who have pets IRL there own in game and the fact that you made the homes accessible is just a really great "bonus-feature". Thanks!
